You Are Not Alone!
Community Is Here For You!
Therapeutic Services
CBC offers comprehensive therapeutic services to support your mental well-being. From individual counseling to group sessions and psychoeducational workshops, we are committed to guiding you through life's challenges with confidence and resilience. Based on availability, we offer both in-person and virtual therapy options. Below is a description of some of the practice's top specialties and how we work with individuals seeking treatment:
Spirituality
We work with clients who are questioning their spirituality by incorporating faith-informed and faith-based methods upon request. While CBC is a Christ-centered practice, we welcome everyone from all walks of life and faiths. We walk alongside the client's journey to heal and to have a relationship with God if they choose to.

Depression/Anxiety/
Stress Management

Individuals will have the opportunity to learn skill-building and development strategies through methods centered around cognitive and behavioral changes, along with integrating soul-care practices. As it is discovered what an individual is looking to change, coping skills will be taught and practiced to enhance overall wellbeing.
Life Transitions

Our prime method of handling change throughout one's life is encouraging and involving community engagement and support resources as part of the therapeutic process. We work on past hurts and model healthy integration into a life-giving group.
Adolescent/College/
Young Adult Ages

While we work with all ages, individuals that are from the ages of 13-26 have the opportunity to receive therapeutic insight and gain skills that will assist them and encourage maturity into adulthood. By starting early, these future changers will learn how to engage others with confidence and with a stronger sense of unified community.
Additional Specialities

Other specialities that we work with include men's issues, coping skills training, mood disorders, peer relationships and trauma/PTSD
Therapeutic Groups
Our Therapeutic Groups focus on working with a therapist/facilitator and 8-10 other individuals to address shared concerns. The goal would be for the individuals within the groups to form a supportive community and work on shared struggles, even outside the sessions or after the end of the group.

In-Person/Online Group Sessions
Experience virtual therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or join one of our in-person groups at our Bridge Location. Both our online platform and in-person space ensures secure and confidential counseling with our experienced therapists.

Personalized Care Groups
In addition to individual sessions, you can choose to attend a personalized care group that is tailored to your unique needs and situations. These groups are topic/problem specific and our therapists are dedicated to helping you navigate challenges and achieve mental wellness.

Supportive Community
Once you have been established to a group and the members, you can join our online community chats for ongoing support and connection. For in-person group members, you are encouraged and guided to build intentional community outside of the group setting. Share experiences, gain insights, and build relationships with others on a similar journey.
Psychoeducation
At CBCOS, we believe that communities deserve the right to be informed with the information that can affect them as individuals and as a community. Through psychoeducation, we create intentional spaces for community members to learned about a variety of topics related to mental health, community development, and spiritual formation.
We provide opportunities to provide education through individual therapeutic sessions, community lunch and learns, and educational presentations.
