Taylor Sisson, LCSW

Taylor graduated in 2011 from Florida State University with a Master's degree in Social Work and holds a license to practice Clinical Social Work in the state of Florida. He currently serves as the Director of Community Outreach & Operations; Partner for CBCOS. His experience includes hospice, healthcare, gerontology, individual therapy, and working in the public school system. Below is a brief message from Taylor:

"It is my firm belief that we are healed through genuine and authentic relationships. This takes place in community, individual relationships, and relation to God as we know him to be. We were not meant to live this life alone, hurting in isolation. I hope to foster a relationship where you can step out of the shadows, out of any hiding, out of the fear of rejection and shame, and into the place where you are loved and accepted unconditionally. Taylor's Heart is for fostering Christ-Centered Community through youth mentorship, Spirit driven service projects, family engagement, seminars and education, and intercessory prayer groups. Taylor will be offering limited pro bono counseling for individuals and families as able. Taylor's counseling interventions will most often utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Theophostic/Transformative Prayer Ministry.

 

Outside of CBCOS, Taylor holds a full time job as a Hospice Social Worker. This is in addition to his primary focus of and calling in life: to be a faithful husband to his wife Katie and a leader to his two sons, Isaac and Noah.
