LCSW Supervision

Hello. My name is Lyndal and I offer supervision for post-graduate social workers seeking LCSW licensure. My social work career has included community development, school social work, private practice settings, health care social work, and higher education in social work. As a mental health therapist, I continue to work with clients every week to continue honing my skill set to be a better supervisor and mentor to future clinicians.
Supervision Style: My supervision style is a mixture of collaborative, participative, developmental and humanistic approaches. As a supervisor, I strive for us to work together to where we can explore clinical/ethical dilemmas in a safe environment. Throughout our time, the goal would be for you to grow and feel confident as a clinician by learning new skill sets and knowledge. In our supervision time, I provide tangible resources, encouragement, self-awareness opportunities, safe-space in exploring clinical cases, and professionalism building.
